Terms of Service
Effective date: July 4, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the NoService AI text-messaging assistant ("Service"), operated by ARHITEQ ("we", "us"). By texting the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Not for emergencies. NoService AI is an informational assistant, not an emergency, rescue, medical, or navigation service. In an emergency use your device's SOS feature or contact local emergency services. Answers may be incomplete or inaccurate — verify anything safety-critical.
The service
You text a question and receive a single short informational reply. The Service also returns account notices you request (balance, top-up confirmations, verification codes). Messages you send start the conversation and constitute your consent to receive replies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
Credits & payment
The Service is sold either as prepaid question credits — generally one credit per question-and-answer that is delivered to you — or as the unlimited "Always Ready" subscription. Pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase. Credits and payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Subscriptions & auto-renewal
The "Always Ready" plan is a recurring subscription billed $7.99 per month and gives you unlimited questions while it is active (subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits). It renews automatically and your payment method is charged each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal (the "Manage subscription" link on our site); cancellation stops future charges, and unlimited access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prepaid pay-as-you-go credits purchased separately keep working until they expire. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
Saved cards & SMS top-ups
When you complete a purchase or subscription, your card is securely stored by our payment processor
(Stripe) as a payment method on file. By saving your card you authorize us to charge it for each
top-up you request by replying BUY via text
message, at the price shown for that package. You can remove your saved card at any time through the
Customer Portal. We never store full card numbers ourselves.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service for unlawful purposes, to send prohibited content, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the system. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or non-payment.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or message delivery, which depends on carrier and satellite networks outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
